(1) In 2016, a dog fell into a reservoir in #Almaty and could not escape the steep concrete walls and strong current. A man tried to help but was unable to reach it on his own. Seeing this, several strangers stepped in and formed a human chain, reaching down into the rushing water and saving both the dog and the man...
