I'd like to use @thunderbird@mastodon.online but..
Notifications are window popups? They're not using system popups like I'd expect. (Mail, calendar etc)There's some odd purple hue to everything?Sometimes the plain-text reading panel font is very small and wont follow the font size
Any help for fixing those issues is appreciated

Tuli sellainen tunne, että tarvitsee korjata joku sovellus. Ihan sama mikä. Ja mä korjasinkin.
Kyseessä oli Thunderbird sähköposti. Mulla on tässä Thunderbirdissä semisti isot skaalaukset ja mä halusin joitain osoiterivejä piiloon kuten nämä: vastaanottaja, kopio ja vastausosoite rivit.
Nää pelkästään veivät 1/4 koko tietokoneen ruudusta. 🤯

@cstross@wandering.shop Reminds me of the hoops I have to jump through to get #iso8601 dates in my #Debian apps via the LC_TIME environment variable and a bespoke en_SE “English - Sweden” custom locale. https://blog.carsoncheng.ca/2021/03/use-iso-8601-dates-in-pcmanfm-on-debian.html . This was the “easiest” solution I found in 2022 after exploring options to get #Firefox, #Thunderbird, and other apps to display YYYY-mm-dd HH:MM:SS style time stamps.
In #macOS, I think you just modify System Preferences > Language & Region > Advanced > Dates.
