I fucking hate AI. I just watched a video of a dog doing something that I thought was cool, and then someone pointed out to me that it was generated with AI. I hate that we have to research every new video, every new image, every new song, every new everything, to make sure it's not AI generated. AI is ruining everything. #noai #fuckai

The alternative of course, is that these images are real. The woman in the last image could very well be a stand in for Joan Collins. But the mere fact that AI makes me doubt myself and/or forces me to do the work to find out whether they are real or not, takes all the fun out of it. Olen taas sortunut esimään netistä ruokareseptejä, koska jääkaapissa on kohta vanhaksi menevä kevytkermapukki (ostetettu vierasvaraksi, ei kuulu meidän tavan elintarvikkeisiin). Taas törmäsin siihen, että ruokablogien sijaan näkyviin tulee ihmeellistä geneeristä huttua, kuten Vapaa Lady (vapaalady.fi) Epäsuomalaiset valikot ja yllättäin mikään ylläpitäjään viittaava ei sisällä mitään. Kirjoittajina on nimiä ja kuvia, yhden kuva johtaa toiselle yhtä hämylle verkkosivulle (omarauha.fi), toisen naamakuva löytyy ihan eri nimellä (jotenkin Taavi Leinikki on muuttunut Kevin Kelleriksi ja Roni Särkelä Robert Wilsoniksi). I’m starting to recognise rhetorical patterns in articles and scripts for videos that are clearly revealing that the piece was written with the assistance of some ‘AI’ tool. One such pattern I’m encountering a lot is this type of articulation: “This isn’t just [that thing]. This is [something else].” Example: “This wasn’t just a press conference. It was a demonstration of sovereign confidence.” Once you start seeing it, you can’t unsee it. It’s increasingly everywhere. #FuckAI

Finally went through the Firefox config to disable the AI features. ALL of them were set to *true* except for 'browser.ml.linkPreview.enabled'. I never consented to any use of AI. So much for 'opt-in'. Thanks for nothing, Firefox. #Firefox #FuckAI
