This week we're watching HERCULES IN NEW YORK (1970)! Arnold Schwarzenegger's acting debut, the movie features Zeus sending Hercules to modern New York. Hilarity, needless to say, ensues. IN OTHER NEWS am hate watching Kenneth Branagh’s Death On The Nile. love the costumes, sets & cinematography. the opening was… a choice? but this story was never meant to have a lovesick #Poirot. i just can't with Branagh’s Poirot. also, fuck UK casting directors who feel the need to stick Russell Brand into every fucking movie they wanna upsell to the USA market. also² am not sure what to make of French & Saunders as an unfunny lesbian couple. the movie is highfalutin candy #movies
