You know you want to step along the Rhine with us to Les Trois Rois in Basel, Switzerland. A view across the Rhine River shows pale sandstone façades stepping down to a weathered quayside.
Solid lines and open sky fit together, and a few small figures lend quiet scale and life. I think it makes a calm, refined focal point for a living room or study.
