Vom deutschen Staat illegal des Nachts verschleppt sitzt Maja mittlerweile seit fasst 600 Tagen unter dem Orban Regime in Isolationshaft, was Folter gleichkommt. Das ist ein unerträglicher Zustand. §129-Graffiti-Verfahren eingestellt - die Lügen eines Kronzeugen „Im Oktober 2023 fanden in #Nürnberg mehrere Hausdurchsuchungen statt. Der Vorwurf lautete damals Mitgliedschaft in einer kriminellen Vereinigung. Diese Vereinigung soll gemeinsam antifaschistische Graffitis gesprüht haben, was offensichtlich Grund genug war, Türen einzurammen und die gesammelten Endgeräte der Beschuldigten zu beschlagnahmen. Diese Maßnahmen stellten allerdings nur den Abschluss vorangegangener Überwachungsmaßnahmen dar: Mailverkehr und Finanzbewegungen wurden überwacht, tausende Telefonate abgehört und sogar Observationen im ganzen Bundesgebiet veranlasst (inwiefern es bei diesem aufwändigen Vorgehen vielleicht auch um einen allgemeinen Erkenntnisgewinn über die linksradikale Szene in Nürnberg ging, kann nur spekuliert werden). Gegen Ende des vergangenen Jahres - also über zwei Jahre später - ist klar: Es war alles für die Katz! Das Verfahren wurde gegen alle Beschuldigten eingestellt, denn trotz des großen Ermittlungseifers der an den Tag gelegt wurde, konnte keinem der Beschuldigten auch nur einer der fantasievollen Vorwürfe nachgewiesen werden……“ https://de.indymedia.org/node/702447 #Repression #Antifa #Bayern #129a
