The Minister of Industry and Commerce of Afghanistan, Nuruddin Azizi, met with the First Deputy Prime Minister of Uzbekistan, Jamshid Khajaev, during his visit to the country. The Ministry of Industry and Commerce announced that during the meeting, the two officials discussed the construction of an export center for Afghan products in Balkh province and the mechanism for the center. Mr. Azizi thanked Uzbekistan for inviting Afghanistan to participate in the International Industrial Exhibition and requested the creation of more facilities for commercial transit and Afghanistan's exports to Uzbekistan. The Ministry of Interior has announced that the Public Security Police have prevented 418 abandoned vehicles from entering Kabul city. The ministry stated that these vehicles were found at the Arghandab and Sango Hasht gates. The Ministry of Interior added that 100 other abandoned vehicles that were operating within the city have been seized by police and transferred to police compounds. The authorities in Paktika province have announced the construction of a center for the treatment of malnourished children in the Khwarizak district. The center, which cost 12.5 million Afghanis, has six treatment rooms. In addition to the Khwarizak district, the clinic will provide treatment for malnourished children from four neighboring districts. The Ministry of Mines and Petroleum stated that the General Director of Petroleum and the Senior Advisor to the Ministry of Mines met with the General Director of TNG Company. Sources say that both sides discussed investment opportunities in Afghanistan's oil and gas resources, including the Amu Darya Oil Basin, the Angot, Kashgar, and Zermesa regions, and the reconstruction of petrol stations. The Afghanistan Chamber of Commerce and Investment has announced that 20 joint agreements worth $400 million were signed at a meeting between Afghan and Uzbek traders in Fergana, Uzbekistan. The Chamber hailed these agreements as a positive sign for the development and advancement of trade and economic cooperation between the two countries. This is the fourth time in recent weeks that Afghan and Uzbek traders have signed trade agreements worth millions of dollars. The acting Foreign Minister of the Taliban, Amir Khan Motqi, stated at a meeting of Afghanistan and Central Asian countries in Kabul that destructive elements such as the ISIS threat, drug trafficking, illegal migration, and planned crimes are shared concerns for both sides. Mr. Motqi said that Afghan forces have taken decisive action against individuals and groups that harm Afghanistan’s friendly relations with the countries of Central Asia. He added that Afghanistan shares a 2,329-kilometer border with Central Asian countries, so joint cooperation is needed to strengthen the banks of the Amu Darya River and modernize border markers. Afghanistan’s Foreign Minister, Mawlawi Amir Khan Muttaqi, speaking at a meeting of Afghanistan and Central Asian countries in Kabul, stated that the meeting is a successful example of mutual trust and joint cooperation at the regional level. Mr. Muttaqi emphasized that the main objective of the meeting is to discuss political, economic, transit, cultural, security, and regional changes, and to jointly find solutions to the problems in these areas. He stressed that cooperation with the Central Asian countries will be further expanded. The Foreign Minister assured the meeting participants that security concerns in Afghanistan have been completely eliminated and that numerous investment opportunities have been created. He also provided information about a number of development projects in the country, and spoke about the TAPI, CASA-1000, and Lapis Lazuli corridor projects, stating that work on these projects is progressing rapidly within the country. The Ministry of Public Works has announced that all provincial administrations have been instructed to be fully prepared for the continuation of heavy rains and floods to ensure the safe travel of citizens. Ministry of Public Works spokesperson Mohammad Ashraf Haqshinas said that, according to the instructions, provincial teams must take serious action to clear roads and highways if they are blocked due to floods or landslides, and to open them for traffic. Iran's former energy minister, Hamid Aboutalebi, told Al Jazeera in an interview that they are exchanging messages with the Americans through intermediaries. The Ministry of Transport has announced that the roads in the Cناب region of Panjshir province—specifically the routes through Dashtak, Zaman Khel, Dalan Sang, and Pol Nilab—the Namak Ab district in Takhar province, and the Kharm-Sarbagh route in Samangan province, which were closed to traffic due to heavy rainfall and flooding, have reopened. The Ministry also stated that the road through the Mawla Ali Pol area in the Roi Doab district remains closed to traffic, and efforts to repair and reopen it are ongoing. Pakistani media has reported a sudden increase of 200 rupees in the price of every liter of petrol, bringing the price to 534 rupees per liter. The Afghan ambassador to Qatar, Suhail Shaheen, has said that diplomatic efforts to resolve issues with Pakistan have been made, but they have not yielded results. Shaheen made these remarks in an interview with an Indian news outlet. He stated that Pakistan has chosen war instead of diplomacy, and this approach has been responded to. Shaheen added that Pakistan wants Afghanistan to guarantee that there will be no incidents of insecurity anywhere in Pakistan, which he says is a difficult guarantee that no one can provide. Images and videos released by the Pakistani Taliban Movement (TTP) show the group sending financial and other essential aid to the people of Gaza. The people of Gaza have also thanked the TTP leader for receiving this aid. This comes at a time when the Pakistani military regime is sending forces to the region to implement the disastrous US and Israeli plan and suppress the Hamas jihadist movement. Recently, Pakistan was announced by US President Donald Trump to be joining a Gaza peace board. Religious scholar Maulana Abdul Aziz: Pakistan is fighting Afghanistan to please America Renowned religious scholar and head of the “Huffaẓa” seminary, Maulana Abdul Aziz, says that Pakistan has not yet implemented Sharia law even in one district, but the Islamic Emirate has enforced Sharia in all of Afghanistan, both previously and currently, and eighty percent of Pakistani scholars support the Islamic Emirate. The religious scholar adds: “Pakistan is now fighting with this Islamic system (the Afghan government) but does not go to Kashmir; because then America would become angry.” He also says that the Islamic Emirate has ended all immoral acts in Afghanistan, but all kinds of “shamelessness” and immoral acts still exist and continue in Pakistan. According to Maulana Abdul Aziz, Pakistan has created a few scholars by the handful and recorded speeches and statements supporting the Pakistani military regime, then claims that the scholars support the Pakistani government. In an interview with a private media outlet, the Minister of National Defense of the Islamic Emirate, Mullah Mohammad Yaqoob Mujahid, stated that Pakistan's request during recent negotiations was to use the term "official border" for the Durand Line. The Minister of National Defense added that Pakistan’s main problem isn't the TTP, but rather the disputed border line and some other issues.
