The Islamic Emirate is fully prepared for any movement of the enemy. The Deputy Director of Intelligence, Mulatadj Mirjowad, said that after the establishment of the Islamic system, officials of the Islamic Emirate predicted movements by certain groups outside of Afghanistan and are fully prepared for defense. He added that the Islamic Emirate is an idea and has deep intellectual roots in every province, house, and village of the country. Mr. Jawad emphasized that the Islamic Emirate is the result of a century-long struggle by Afghans, not just the last twenty years. He also said that Afghans will defend the Islamic system at all costs. The Deputy Minister for Counter-Narcotics at the Ministry of Interior, Sheikh Abdul Rahman Munir, held discussions with the Minister of Interior of Uzbekistan, Aziz Tashpulatovich, on coordinated and strengthened joint efforts against narcotics. The Ministry of Interior stated that Mr. Munir received a message from the Minister of Interior, Khalifa Sirajuddin, regarding narcotics, and assured him of continued cooperation. During the meeting, the Minister of Interior of Uzbekistan praised the Islamic Emirate's efforts in combating narcotics and expressed readiness to continue cooperation in this field. The Charo Agency has announced that a meeting was held, chaired by Mufthi Shams-ur-Rahman, head of the National Economy and Mines Department, in the presence of representatives from the General Directorate of Municipalities, Kabul Municipality, and the General Land Directorate, to discuss the demarcation of prohibited areas. According to the agency's press release, the meeting participants discussed the methods for demarcating prohibited areas and raising public awareness. Municipal officials stated that technical teams have been appointed in provincial municipalities, districts, and Kabul city divisions to implement the Prime Minister's decree for the demarcation of prohibited areas.
