Athletes from eight countries will begin a national wrestling competition in Kabul tomorrow. Officials from the sports administration told Radio Harat that the athletes from the participating countries have arrived in Kabul and are preparing for the competition. Eleven people were killed or injured in two separate traffic accidents in Ghazni province. According to Ghazni Provincial Police, the first incident occurred on the Kabul-Kandahar highway in the Kot area of Qarabagh district, involving a collision between a truck and two passenger vehicles, resulting in seven injuries. Sources report that the second incident happened near a refugee settlement on a dirt road leading to the village of Waghez in Ghazni province, where a vehicle overturned, killing one person instantly and another later in the hospital due to severe injuries. The road construction from the Omid Sabz settlement to the Erfani road, along with its connecting road to Qala-ye Qazi in the jurisdiction of District Thirteen, is ongoing and sections of this road are expected to be ready for asphalt surfacing soon. The main road from the Omid Sabz settlement to the Erfani road is 3,834 meters long and 45 meters wide, and its connecting road to Qala-ye Qazi, along the circular road, is 1,146 meters long and 20 meters wide. It includes the construction of water channels, sidewalks, flower pots, the installation of streetlights, road markings, and other components of a standard road. Notification Regarding the Malali Four-Way Intersection to Sixty-Meter Road Project To facilitate the process of constructing and developing the road from the Malali (Bet-Khak) four-way intersection to the Sixty-Meter Road in the Ghermez Sabeq area, an awareness program was held for residents along the route in the Twenty-Second District. At the program, Engineer Mohammad Dawood, Head of the Twenty-Second District, emphasized the importance of this route as a key economic corridor in the southeastern zone of Kabul city. He urged landowners of properties subject to expropriation to promptly submit their documents to Kabul Municipality to proceed with the legal procedures and to cooperate in clearing the route and removing obstacles. Furthermore, Mohammad Yasin "Amin," Director of Public Awareness at the Publications and Public Awareness Department, and Engineer Mohammad Tameem "Sahbzadeh," employee of the Expropriation Department, emphasized that the construction of this road would play a valuable role in the economic and social development of the relevant areas and would provide greater convenience for citizens traveling between the southern and eastern provinces and Kabul. According to the information provided, 299 properties are subject to expropriation along the route of this project, and in accordance with the law, compensation will be paid to the owners. It should be noted that this road will be constructed according to the design of the Urban Infrastructure Department of Kabul Municipality, with a length of 6.5 kilometers and a width of 60 meters, in a standard and fundamental manner. A new deputy has been appointed to the Kabul Municipality's Land Acquisition Department. Following a proposal by the Kabul Municipality and the approval of the esteemed Prime Minister's Office, Engineer Abdulla "Paqzon" has been appointed as the new deputy of the Kabul Municipality's Land Acquisition Department. He was introduced to the staff of the department by Mullah Abdul Qadir "Noman," head of the Kabul Municipality's office, and Engineer Abdul Matin "Hanif," head of Land Acquisition, during a series of ceremonies. At the introductory meeting, the head of the Kabul Municipality's office, in addition to conveying the directives of the leadership, emphasized timely execution of related matters and the effective implementation of land acquisition projects. He also described Engineer Paqzon as a committed, professional, and experienced individual. It is worth noting that the Kabul Municipality has dozens of land acquisition projects underway to implement its development plans, which plays a vital role in the development of urban infrastructure and the provision of better services. د کابل ښاروالۍ د استملاک ریاست نوی مرستیال وټاکل شو د کابل ښاروالۍ په وړاندیز او د ریاست الوزراء د محترم مقام په منظورۍ، انجنیر عابدالله پاڅون د کابل ښاروالۍ د استملاک ریاست د نوي مرستیال په توګه وټاکل شو. نوموړی د یو لړ مراسمو په ترڅ کې د کابل ښاروالۍ مقام د دفتر رئیس مفتي عبدالقادر نعماني او د استملاک رئیس انجنیر عبدالمتین حنیف له خوا د یاد ریاست کارکوونکو ته ور وپېژندل شو. په دغه پېژند غونډه کې د کابل ښاروالۍ مقام د دفتر رئیس د یادې ادارې د مشرتابه د سپارښتنو د بیانولو ترڅنګ، د اړوند چارو پر وخت ترسره کولو او په غوره توګه یې د استملاکي پروژو په پلي کېدو ټینګار وکړ. دغه راز نوموړي انجنیر پاڅون یو ژمن، مسلکي او تجربې لرونکی شخص یاد کړ. ورته مهال د استملاک نوي مرستیال ډاډ ورکړ چې، خپل مسئولیتونه به په پوره رښتینولۍ، ژمنتیا او روڼتیا سره پر مخ یوسي. د یادونې وړ ده چې، کابل ښاروالۍ د خپلو پراختیايي پلانونو د پلي کېدو په موخه، لسګونه استملاکي پروژې تر لاس لاندې لري چې، دا کار د ښاري زېربناوو د پراختیا او د غوره خدمتونو وړاندې کولو په برخه کې مهم رول لوبوي. ________ معاون جدید ریاست استملاک شاروالی کابل تعیین و معرفی شد بر اساس پیشنهاد شاروالی کابل و منظوری مقام ریاست‌الوزرا، انجنیر عابدالله «پاڅون» به‌ حیث معاون جدید ریاست استملاک شاروالی کابل تعیین گردید. موصوف در مراسم رسمی از سوی مفتی عبدالقادر «نعمانی» رئیس دفتر مقام شاروالی کابل و انجنیر عبدالمتین «حنیف» رئیس استملاک، به کارمندان این ریاست معرفی شد. در این مراسم، رئیس دفتر مقام شاروالی کابل ضمن ابلاغ هدایات رهبری بر اجرای مؤثر امور محوله، به‌ویژه تسریع روندِ پرداخت بدیل ملکیت‌های شامل استملاک پروژه‌های توسعوی، تأکید نمود. وی همچنان انجنیر پاڅون را فردی متعهد، مسلکی و دارای تجارب ارزشمند کاری توصیف کرد. از سوی دیگر، انجنیر عابدالله «پاڅون» اطمینان سپرد که مسئولیت‌های محوله را با صداقت، شفافیت و تعهد کامل به پیش خواهد برد. قابل ذکر است که شاروالی کابل در راستای تطبیق برنامه‌های توسعوی خویش، ده‌ها پروژه استملاکی را در دست اجرا دارد که نقش مهمی در انکشاف زیربناهای شهری و بهبود خدمات به شهروندان ایفا می‌نمایند. #کابل_ګام_په_ګام_د_آبادۍ_په_لور همشهری،همکاری، شاروالی #کابل_ښاروالۍ #شاروالی_کابل #Kabul_municipality Source: Kabul Municipality / کابل ښاروالۍ / شاروالی کابل (@KblMunicipality) [ https://x.com/KblMunicipality/status/2046558611128619063 ] #Afghanistan #Kabul
