Saw this tip on Reddit and had to share. If you use #Unraid with the AppData backup plugin set the compression to "Yes, Multicore" and it will reduce the backup time significantly with the increase in CPU of course. Cut my backup time by over 50%.

The good thing is I can run a #VM in #Unraid so even when I'm not using a #Linux machine, I still have a Linux machine 😎 #selfhosting
