I bit the bullet and ordered a Radeon RX 9060 XT 16G GPU today, my old Vega RX 64 8G has been puttering along for the last few years every now and then failing with garbage over the screen, it's time to let it rest..
An the power bills should look nicer with the card maxing at 160W now instead of 295W in load..

Very interesting ‘thought exercise’ about Space GPUs
“Even if orbital data centers don’t make sense yet, in the long run the singularity is clearly moving into space.
Earth intercepts about one two-billionth of the sun’s total output. If #AI scaling continues, compute will eventually move to where the energy is.
So space #GPU’s are fun to think about, because they give you a sneak peek at the future.
Whether that future arrives in 2030, 2040, or 2050 is another question.
