Donald can immediately declare himself "fit" and return to office. Congress would then need to go through another process to remove him permanently. Dementia does not get better. Donald will only get worse-- even worse than he is today-- and continually degrade on a constant basis. Stop thinking of this as a static & permanent situation. Frontaltemporal Dementia is an increasingly progressive condition. I've seen four relatives go through Dementia. Donald has it. He's had it since at least 2017, and it's now advanced. The bruises on his hands are from monthly IV meds. His naps on camera & in courtrooms, nighttime online activity, and paraphasia are only some of his undeniable symptoms. We can no longer treat this administration as a long-term situation. He will not live to see 2028, but Vance will not be much of an improvement. He invariably dances to the tune of the extreme MAGA-bro cult base. Impeaching Vance for allowing a Dementia-addled lunatic to go to war, along with the orange lunatic himself, will be easy by next January-- if we can get a Democratic Congress in power. Then the Democrat Speaker of the House would become POTUS. Dire No non significa difendere lo status quo. Significa difendere la Costituzione e l’equilibrio tra i poteri dello Stato. E significa anche assumersi la responsabilità di riformare davvero la giustizia, affrontando i problemi reali: la carenza di personale, l’organizzazione degli uffici, la durata dei processi e le condizioni delle carceri.
