Il Fatto Quotidiano: Terremoto nell’isola di Creta: scossa di magnitudo 5.8 a 15 km di profondità vicino a Lerapetra Questa mattina un terremoto di magnitudo 5.8 ha colpito l’isola di Creta, in Grecia. Come riporta l’Ingv, Istituto nazionale di geofisica e vulcanologia, la prima scossa è stata registrata alle 6:18 di mattina (5:18 in Italia) vicino alla città costiera di Lerapetra. Al momento non si segnalano vittime o danni. Il sisma si è verificato a una profondità di 15 chilometri, motivo per cui, essendo relativamente superficiale, è stato avvertito con maggiore intensità. Successivamente sono state registrate scosse di minore entità. Solo un mese fa, a marzo, un altro terremoto di magnitudo 5.3 aveva colpito la Grecia nord-occidentale senza causare danni significativi. Secondo uno studio pubblicato a novembre sulla rivista Scientific Data, nel Paese sono state registrate più di 2.000 tracce di faglie sismiche attive. L’arcipelago, meta turistica molto popolare, è stato colpito da numerose scosse sismiche nel 2025, tra cui un terremoto di magnitudo 5.3 nel giugno dello scorso anno, che ha danneggiato i monasteri sul Monte Athos. Il Fatto Quotidiano: “Nel suo iCloud è stato trovato molto materiale pedopornografico”: D4vd sotto torchio in tribunale. La difesa fa pressing sull’accusa per le prove da fornire al giudice “Nel suo iCloud è stato trovato molto materiale pedopornografico”. Tira dritto l’avvocato dell’accusa contro il cantante D4vd finito in manette per l’omicidio della quattordicenne Celeste Rivas Hernandez. Secondo l’autopsia la vittima è morta per ferite da penetrazione. Questo è quanto emerso da un rapporto dell’autopsia pubblicato mercoledì 22 aprile dall’ufficio del medico legale della contea di Los Angeles. Secondo il rapporto la ragazza presentava ferite significative al torso, probabilmente causate da un oggetto appuntito. Il suo corpo era talmente deteriorato che gli esaminatori non riuscirono nemmeno a determinarne il colore degli occhi. Un giudice aveva ordinato che il rapporto rimanesse segreto per mesi su richiesta delle forze dell’ordine dopo il ritrovamento del corpo smembrato e decomposto della ragazza Gli avvocati di D4vd intanto stanno spingendo affinché i pubblici ministeri presentino rapidamente e pubblicamente le prove che hanno contro di lui nell’omicidio della quattordicenne. Il ventunenne, il cui nome vero è David Burke, è tornato in tribunale per un’udienza ieri giovedì 23 aprile, solo tre giorni dopo essere stato accusato e essersi dichiarato non colpevole di omicidio di primo grado. Con una mossa poco usata ma legale, l’artista sta esercitando il suo diritto in California di far decidere a un giudice se ci sono prove sufficienti per procedere al processo entro 10 giorni lavorativi dalla sua comparizione in tribunale. L’accusa sostiene che Burke abbia abusato sessualmente di Rivas Hernandez per almeno un anno, a partire da quando aveva 13 anni, l’abbia uccisa quando lei ha minacciato di denunciare la relazione e ne abbia smembrato il corpo circa due settimane dopo. Il giudice ha fissato il termine per la produzione delle prove al 29 aprile, mentre l’udienza preliminare, nella quale le prove verranno esaminate in aula, si terrà il Primo maggio. Quest’ultima rappresenta una fase processuale in cui si valuterà il materiale probatorio presentato. The judge set the deadline for presenting the evidence for April 29th, while the preliminary hearing, in which the evidence will be examined in court, will be held on May 1st.
