Il Fatto Quotidiano: Terremoto nell’isola di Creta: scossa di magnitudo 5.8 a 15 km di profondità vicino a Lerapetra Questa mattina un terremoto di magnitudo 5.8 ha colpito l’isola di Creta, in Grecia. Come riporta l’Ingv, Istituto nazionale di geofisica e vulcanologia, la prima scossa è stata registrata alle 6:18 di mattina (5:18 in Italia) vicino alla città costiera di Lerapetra. Al momento non si segnalano vittime o danni. Il sisma si è verificato a una profondità di 15 chilometri, motivo per cui, essendo relativamente superficiale, è stato avvertito con maggiore intensità. Successivamente sono state registrate scosse di minore entità. Solo un mese fa, a marzo, un altro terremoto di magnitudo 5.3 aveva colpito la Grecia nord-occidentale senza causare danni significativi. Secondo uno studio pubblicato a novembre sulla rivista Scientific Data, nel Paese sono state registrate più di 2.000 tracce di faglie sismiche attive. L’arcipelago, meta turistica molto popolare, è stato colpito da numerose scosse sismiche nel 2025, tra cui un terremoto di magnitudo 5.3 nel giugno dello scorso anno, che ha danneggiato i monasteri sul Monte Athos. Il Fatto Quotidiano: Finge di essere il padre e tenta di portare via un bimbo: arrestato 30enne a Osio Sotto (Bergamo) Ha provato a portare via un bambino di otto anni spacciandosi per il padre, ma il piano è fallito grazie alla prontezza del piccolo e all’intervento degli adulti presenti. È accaduto negli spogliatoi di un centro sportivo di Osio Sotto, in provincia di Bergamo, al termine di un allenamento di bambini impegnati negli allentamenti di calcio. Protagonista un uomo di 30 anni, incensurato e residente a Dalmine, arrestato dai carabinieri con l’accusa di tentato sequestro di persona aggravato. Secondo la ricostruzione, si sarebbe avvicinato al bambino sostenendo di essere il padre e tentando di portarlo via dagli spogliatoi. Decisiva è stata la reazione del minore che ha avvisato l’istruttore. A quel punto il 30enne avrebbe cercato di allontanarsi rapidamente dalla struttura, ma è stato fermato da alcuni genitori presenti, arrivati per prendere i propri figli al termine della lezione. Gli adulti lo hanno bloccato e hanno chiamato il numero di emergenza, permettendo così l’intervento dei carabinieri e l’arresto dell’uomo. L’episodio risale a giovedì scorso, ma è stato reso noto solo oggi, dopo la convalida dell’arresto da parte del giudice per le indagini preliminari. Davanti al giudice per le indagini preliminari, l’uomo — di nazionalità pachistana — non ha fornito spiegazioni su quanto accaduto. Il giudice ha disposto nei suoi confronti la custodia cautelare in carcere. Un caso che ricorda quanto avvenuto lo scorso febbraio, con il tentativo di rapimento di una bambina di un anno e mezzo all’Esselunga di via Corridoni, in città. In quel caso aveva subito la frattura di una gamba dopo che l’uomo l’aveva strappata dalle mani della madre. Il Fatto Quotidiano: Si spacciava per 17enne per adescare ragazzine e farsi mandare foto e video: ai domiciliari un 36enne Chattava da tempo sul social network Snapchat con quello che credeva essere un 17enne di Milano. Lui le prometteva di sposarla una volta raggiunta la maggiore età, ma dietro quel giovane milanese si nascondeva un 36enne di Vicenza. L’indagine è scattata dopo la denuncia fatta dai genitori della minore, una ragazzina di appena 11 anni, che avevano trovato nel telefono della figlia una chat con foto e materiale pedopornografico autoprodotto. L’indagine, condotta dalla sezione operativa di Rimini e coordinata dalla Procura di Bologna, ha rivelato come il 36enne, convivente con i propri genitori, era riuscito a carpire la fiducia dell’11enne. Nelle chat si legge di come l’uomo avesse cercato di instaurare un rapporto sentimentale con la bambina, senza mai avanzare la richiesta di incontrarsi dal vivo, e aveva poi richiesto foto intime e video. Sarebbe stata poi la stessa bambina a inviare tutto all’adescatore. La Polizia Postale ha identificato l’uomo e ha proceduto con la perquisizione informatica sui suoi dispositivi, che ha portato al sequestro del telefono dell’indagato: proprio dal suo cellulare sarebbe stata ricostruita la storia al malato rapporto tra l’uomo e la vittima 11enne adescata, ma avrebbe anche confermato ulteriori conversazioni, nate col medesimo fine, con altre minori in diverse zone d’Italia. Grazie a tutte le prove raccolte, la procura di Bologna ha ottenuto dal giudice per le indagini preliminari un’ordinanza di custodia cautelare. The chats showed how the man had tried to establish a romantic relationship with the girl, never requesting to meet in person, and then asked for intimate photos and videos. It was the girl herself who then sent everything to the manipulator. The Postal Police identified the man and proceeded with a computer search on his devices, which led to the seizure of the investigated’s phone: it was from his mobile phone that the story of the unhealthy relationship between the man and the 11-year-old victim lured, but it also confirmed further conversations, born with the same purpose, with other minors in different areas of Italy. Thanks to all the evidence collected, the Public Prosecutor's Office in Bologna obtained an order for precautionary custody from the judge for preliminary investigations.
