The only companies that participate in "Best Place to Work" surveys are those that are so insecure that they feel the need to "game" outside recognition to make themselves feel better about building a hostile and non-inclusive workplace. Every company that participates makes the list because you pay to be nominated for it and there's usually enough HR people to 5 star rate everything that you'll get in regardless. #employment #jobs #workplace

Zaczął siadać mi starszy z monitorów i musiałem coś z tym zrobić. Zdecydowałem się na zmianę obu(przy okazji zmieniłem producenta z Philipsa na Iiyamę), na biurku wylądował UWQHD(z dokiem USB-C i kamerką) oraz WQHD, przy okazji zrezygnąwałem z ramienia na monitory. Efektem nie do końca zamierzonym była redukcja ilości kabli na biurku o jakieś 80%... #workplace #biurko
