Hmm, this seems stupid move from an "organizational memory" standpoint, purging all your most senior employees. But, probably done from a financial aspect and these folks thinking AI can take over, lol. Also, pretty ageist. Before the baby communists jump on this with "Then the revolution comes!" please remember that a. The job losses, as always, will hit blue-collar and lower-educated workers the hardest. These workers are disproportionately conservative. b. This mob of unemployed conservatives will have a lot more guns and a lot less critical thinking than the people they blame for the job losses. c. The only companies that participate in "Best Place to Work" surveys are those that are so insecure that they feel the need to "game" outside recognition to make themselves feel better about building a hostile and non-inclusive workplace. Every company that participates makes the list because you pay to be nominated for it and there's usually enough HR people to 5 star rate everything that you'll get in regardless. #employment #jobs #workplace
