Rock Tech Lithium Inc. announced a strategic partnership with Canada‑based BMI Group, under which BMI will anchor a CAD 200 million investment to advance the Red Rock lithium converter project in Ontario. The partnership will be structured as a general‑partner/limited‑partner arrangement, with Rock Tech retaining full operational control and responsibility for engineering, development and commercial decisions while BMI acts as lead limited partner and anchor investor. An initial non‑dilutionary funding programme of up to CAD 30 million, matched by BMI and government sources, will finance near‑term feasibility work, permitting and early site development, with a final investment decision targeted for the end of 2026. The Red Rock facility will be built on BMI’s 337‑acre industrial site near Thunder Bay, leveraging existing infrastructure such as 120 MW of power, natural‑gas supply, road access and direct connection to the CPKC rail mainline. Rock Tech will apply its proven Guben converter design—already fully engineered and permitted in Germany—to accelerate the Canadian project and reduce risk. At the 2026 PDAC conference, Rock Tech also disclosed a partnership with Siemens Canada to deliver a digital‑twin and advanced automation package, enabling real‑time performance optimisation, predictive maintenance and smoother commissioning. Together, the alliance aims to create a domestic, IRA‑ and CUSMA‑aligned lithium‑to‑battery‑grade supply chain linking Rock Tech’s Georgia Lake mine with the Red Rock converter, strengthening North‑American and European critical‑minerals value chains. The trans‑Atlantic investor base, including Dutch firm Business EQ Investments, reinforces the strategic importance of secure, allied processing capacity for defence and battery material markets. Most of the #Toronto Police Officers who were arrested on allegations of corruption were from 11 & 12 division, with a comprehensive investigation underway likely to find more. The #DougFord family is known to have tight connections with the #TorontoPoliceService, trying to appoint his pal Supt. Ron Taverner, of 22 & 23 division fame, just across the Humber river from 11 & 12 divisions, to lead the #OPP, but backtracked in light of the obvious conflict of interest. Also, we've learned there is a connection between the Internation Drug Kingpin #RyanWedding and the #TPSCorruption scandal. Meanwhile, the #RCMP is into year 3 in their investigation of the #FordAdministration for corrupt dealings related to the #GreenbeltScandal and related corrupt dealings. There's also the question of how #RobFord got in with the crowd who sold him the crack cocaine in the first place and Doug's alleged sales connections.
