Today was a race day! Personally I did a 10km, which went pretty great, considering my low expectations of my current fitness. My 2 sons also did a 1km! A first race for my youngest, and his first medal!! They were both thrilled and proud! What a nice day!! Gorgeous weather to top it off. Amazing. (Though pretty windy, on the course it was heavily felt in some parts). #running #montreal

It was a balmy 6C (43F) and sunny this afternoon, so all the kids were outside playing, the parents chatting, the joggers running in shorts, and the young men waiting for buses in puffy jackets and shorts. We got to take the summer bikes for a long ride. #montreal
