The Taliban have announced that their retaliation operations against recent Pakistani air attacks in Afghanistan have started. This is a terrible dynamic that must stop. Innocent Afghans and Pakistanis are getting injured or killed. A better option is a diplomatic agreement between the 2 countries that neither would allow its territory to be used by individuals and groups to threaten the security of the other. The implementation of the agreement should be monitored by a trusted 3rd party, for example #Turkiye. I have been patiently waiting for someone to report on the fact that among the #Epstein documents released in November is incontrovertible proof that Epstein was working with hackers in #Dubai to monitor and/or influence the progress of the 2016 American election on social media. Alas so far I have been disappointed, and so it has fallen to me to point this out.

tl;dr Epstein was receiving regular reports about social media vibes w/r/t #HillaryClinton and #Trump from a seller of “offensive cybersecurity services” who was partnered up with a young woman from #Uzbekistan.

I am pleased that Central Asian leaders are visiting #Pakistan. These leaders have a strategic interest in access to Pakistan and beyond, including of course to the sea, for their trading ventures. They want railways, pipelines, telecommunications and electricity connectivity between Central Asia and Pakistan. Such a development is clearly in Pakistan's interest as well. Of course, Afghanistan's role is vital to the goal of regional connectivity and development. Stability in Afghanistan and good Pakistan/Afghanistan relations are the absolute prerequisite. I suspect the Central Asian leaders visiting Islamabad are urging improvements in Islamabad's Afghanistan policies.
