The problem with our dependency on Big Tech is evident in Palantir's NHS contract. Signing up to a 'subscription service' for one company's exclusive software leaves us with nothing when we end the contract. This week will see #Westminster at its comically pompous best, full of transparent doublespeak. Most Labour MPs want #Starmer to go, 'cos if he stays, about 350 of them will lose their seats in 2029. That's more than half of all MPs. OTOH, they want him to stay for another 3 weeks, to take the blame for the massive election defeat on 7th May. This will lead to some weird manoeuvres, as Labour MPs try to fatally wound their useless, mendacious leader ... but not kill him yet. #ukpol #popcorn
