The case was brought by South Africa in Dec 2023 at the International Court of Justice (ICJ) in The Hague accusing Israel of committing genocide in Gaza.

The US "breached Albanese’s First, Fourth & Fifth Amendment rights, unreasonably seized her property without due process, & violated sanctions laws."
"The complaint asked the court to call the sanctions unconstitutional."

The US-Israeli ‘peace plan’ follows a "well-known colonial strategy of isolating & fragmenting an occupied population"...
eg, the bantustans in apartheid South Africa that were designed to concentrate & control the Black population.
The planned camps in Gaza are "zones of managed dispossession where Palestinians would be..vetted to enter in order to receive basic services."
They would be barred from returning to the off-limits areas.
