Bill Mason: Canada's Canoe Filmmaker
Bill Mason was the most successful filmmaker in the history of the National Film Board. An artist, author, and conservationist, his films celebrated the Canadian wilderness. I'm a #boater, and a #blues and #gospel #musician. I dabble in #webdesign and #wildlife #photography. At least, those are the things I'm most likely to post about. Also play #boardgames in my "spare" time, but don't have much of that. I was born in 1948. Last paid full-time work: 1998. No paid part-time work since 2009. Now live on the edge of a #village on the #coast of #Norfolk, close to the #norfolkbroads. #fedi22

Reminds me of a picture I took back in June 2006 on #Norfolk #England's #HicklingBroad.
It was part of a sequence that accompanied an article in published in the magazine "Norfolk Afloat" that covered the Open Canoe #Sailing Group's visit to the #NorfolkBroads
