It being the Christian Resurrection day or the arrival of the bunny basket of goodies, you celibrate #today( or both 😋👌), Happy Easter morning to you.👋
It's a cold , wet n rainy 60 degrees Sunday morning with no prospects of seeing the sun #today. 🥴
But, I got up extra early anyway to check out what the Easter Bunny brought me. 🐣🐰
But, I'm sad to say that evidently, us kids hiding out in old people bodies don't make it on his basket drop-off list.😯
Nothin nowhere n just the few chocolate kisses left by the wife, she has not yet devoured, sitting on the kitchen table in a mostly empty dish. 😏
And NO. I am not at all brave nor so crazy enough to take them for my own. This little kid in an old man body suit hasn't survived this long by being so stupid. 🥴
So, no Easter Bunny baskets of treats for me, I guess. But, maybe, if I ask really nicely...🤔
Yeah, no. I don't see that happening either. 😁
The wife says it will be much cheaper after the bunny bounces through. So, all is not lost just yet.

Though I was really looking forward to my peeps for breakfast and the taste of my favorite licorice jelly beans with my coffee sipping this morning. 😏
Well, at least it's sofa surfing #SofaSunday, and I beat her to the comfy couch for #myday of potato-ing #today. 💪

There's only one thing to say about the start of #myday #today.
That is "TGIS". Thank Goodness it's #Slackerday!
The sequel to the much celebrated #TGIF Friday of the end of the slog through the week to findly finding it the last day before slowing down n sitting back and forgetting the gotta doins n musta doins of the week now past, to instead focus on a day of fun stuff doins n a lot less Honey-doins. All in the effort to wind down n slack off in preparation of a day of sofa surfing on tomorrow's #SofaSunday. 💪
So, at least so goes my big plans for today. 👍
The weather gods are pushing those plans too today. Sending in lots of morning fog, thick clouds to cover the sun, and threatening a day of thundering rain n gusty winds, keeping me comfortably sitting, sipping n watching it happen through my window all weekend. ☁️
So, I suppose I best get a move in and get to my morning sitting n sipping and getting #myday of weather watching underway. ☕️💪

Ah, yes. Pour me more coffee, fixin me my hearty Sunday breakfast, eat n sip n sit some more on my comfy couch, still in the sunshine to soak in a little more. 😎☕️😜
Yip, it's a rough schedule for a SofaSunday. But the cup, nor the hungry hollering belly, won't fill themselves. 😏
And the wife also awaits her proper feeding n handling, too. 😊

Hey, y'all. Happy chilly but sunny #SofaSunday morning to ya. 👋
It's a kinda cool 34def F start to #myday #today. They say the sunny may warm things up to around 45deg F at some point. But be very windy, making it still very chilly out there today. 🤔
Nothin like the winter weather adventure, many of you are under these next few days, for sure. But I will try to sympathize and keep you guys in my hopes that you will find some fun in the snow somehow. 🤞🥴
But HEY. Sunshine to sit n soak in during may long day of sofa surfing, sounds just a fine way to spend my #SofaSunday, if ya ask me.👌😁
And, with the coffee pot calling my name and the sun up n shining already, I guess I best get up n out there and get busy. ☕️😎💪

Gonna follow the wife's lead #today and pretend it's a second #SofaSunday and do just the musta n gotta doins today.
So, no walky walks or stretchy stretching or any of that sorta extra nonsense and just fix the coffee pot for brewing n maybe some dishes cleaned to eat off of, and lots of sitting n slouching and that sorta #SofaSunday stuff. 💪👍🫡

Happy February, and more importantly, Happy very chilly #SofaSunday morning to ya.😊
Yup. It's a very chilly 16 degree ( a cool -9 C) morning here #today, with the wind chil making it feel more like 9 deg F ( -13C) out there.🥶
But with a little sunshine soon showing up, we may hit a high 37deg at some point in #myday. 🤞
Of course, now being February, that just means we are stepping slowly into the coldest n worse of the winter. So, as happy as I am to see we have survived halfway through it, the real winter weather fun n games is just beginning. 🥴
But, on a happier note, the power is still on, the heat pump is pumping heat nicely, and the pipes didn't freeze. 👍😄
And with the coffee brewed n waiting and the sun soon awakening, all I've got to do this sofa surfing sunday is to find my comfy seat n sit n sip #myday away. ☕️🌞😎
