Another week, another case of post-2008 regulations on financial services being watered down. This week the Financial Conduct Authority is diluting (or easing) the rules about who is a 'fit & proper' person to be working in financial services firms.... the FCA expects this to reduce the number of people who don't meet such (new) criteria by around 15%.
