Dovrà rispondere di guida in stato di ebbrezza e resistenza a pubblico ufficiale. All'altezza del km 10 gli agenti hanno notato un veicolo procedere a velocità sostenuta nonostante la mancanza della gomma anteriore sinistra. A quel punto hanno intimato l'alt al conducente che, però, invece di arrestare la marcia, ha accelerato e tentato di fare perdere le proprie tracce con manovre pericolose. Giunto al casello di Castelnuovo di Porto, l'uomo ha abbattuto la sbarra.  La corsa è proseguita per circa 1 km quando, arrivato alla prima rotatoria in direzione Monterotondo, il conducente ha perso il controllo dell'auto, abbattendo la segnaletica verticale e finendo al centro dell'aiuola. L'uomo prima si è barricato nell'abitacolo e poi ha tentato la fuga, ma i poliziotti sono riusciti a bloccarlo.  Dagli accertamenti effettuati in seguito è emerso che l'uomo era privo di patente, sospesa in precedenza per guida in stato di ebbrezza. Non solo. Sottoposto all'alcol test, l'uomo è risultato positivo con un valore di circa tre volte superiore al limite consentito. L'uomo è finito in manette. Dopo essere stato informato, il Pm di turno presso la Procura della Repubblica di Tivoli ha disposto nei suoi confronti gli arresti domiciliari in attesa del giudizio per direttissima, al termine del quale il provvedimento è stato convalidato.
