Der nächste Tag ohne Frühstück/#essen . Hab gemerkt, dass das Wasser mit leichtem Sprudel mir inzwischen schlechter schmeckt. Wenn man beim Geschmacksinn eh kaum Besonderheiten hat, ist Stille Quelle angenehm neutral. Hungergefühl kommt und geht und ist ertragbar bisher. Mal fühlt es sich an, der #Hunger sei im Mund, mal ist es ein schrumpeliges Gefühl im Bauch. Hab das Gefühl ein Wadenkrampf zu bekommen. Vielleicht ist doch zu wenig Magnesium im Wasser? 56mg * 2,2 Liter sollte passen, oder? Zwischendurch hab ich den Eindruck, mich nicht gut Konzentrieren zu können. Meine Gedanken drehen sich sehr um Dinge, die ich gerne Essen will. Himbeertorte und Pinienkerne !? Ich frag mich, was aus der großen Möhre geworden ist, die ich Samstag morgen gegessen habe. Es kommt aus mir nix raus. Muss ich eigentlich noch Zähne putzen? Auch das Ritual am Montag Einkaufen zu gehen ist weg.
