I am curious to how the new #HarryPotter series will fare. I have no inclination to watch it with or without her nasty transphobia. I've seen the movies, I know what will happen, I'm aware of the glaring plot holes. It is bound to do well, I think. These things always do. When there's billions of dollars in something, it will do well, and people who should be more aware, who ought to know better, will watch it and buy the merchandise, and so on. It actually really pisses me off how intellectually supine people are, how excepting they are and how eager they are to consume shit. It's boredom, I think. People need things to do but have never really been encouraged to seek out and nurture their own hobbies. People need shit to fill their time. But they don't need this shit. They don't need Disney and Netflix and whatever. Like they don't need WhatsApp but they still all flock to it like little lambs. I do get annoyed by how malleable people are, how suggestible. How they allow themselves to be sold to. I mean, sure, I buy stuff. But I don't HAVE to buy whatever's new, and some things I'll never see because I'm just not bothered by. Like this new Harry Potter series.

Harry Potter #tvsarja traileri sai aikaan maagisia muistoja 2000-luvun alkupuolelta, kun luin ensimmäisen kirjan ensimmäistä kertaa.
