I'm really quite buoyed by the fact that, on my half-mile walk to my kid's school, there are a fair few political posters in windows and signs in gardens, and every single one of them says #VoteGreen. Not a single poster for Labour, Tories, or even Trump-lite. Fingers crossed it translates to results! #GreenParty

When Zack Polanski blogs about how UK homes are poorly insulated I get frightened. A lifelong asthmatic, the thought of living in a #GreenParty airless thermos flask fills me with horror. I don't trust the Greens to do anything pragmatic - If you can't breathe - get on your bike etc. etc. Better you die choking rather than the planet

@cupofteasocial #mugshot Good morning lovely people 💕💕 Welcome to Sunday 😁 Spent yesterday afternoon in the shop, on the shop floor so chatting with customers which I really enjoy!! Got home just after Mr DT who had been out canvassing again with our local #GreenParty 💚💚 Carried on with my crochet 🧶 we watched Ammonite with Kate Winslet good but very slow!! I was woken at 3.30am with a phone call from Mum, when I answered she didn't respond, I immediately phoned the home in full panic mode! The staff member on duty said they'd go check straight away and call me back! At which point Mum called me again, by which time the staff member was with her and I could hear her telling him, she'd rung me by mistake! 🤦 Mr DT is off out canvassing again today so after my Sunday chores I will be pleasing myself 😁😁 Sending massive love and hugs to you all 🥰🥰🤗🤗

A minor political earthquake shook #Kent this morning after the #GreenParty defied expectations to snatch victory at a crunch by-election. The Greens’ decisive win in the #Cliftonville division of Kent County Council (#KCC) came after an intense two month campaign into which four of the main parties threw huge resources For #Reform UK, it was the first by-election to be fought since their massive victory at KCC last year and was regarded as a “must win” But they did not win. They failed.

Back in the 70s Nixon threatened to cut off grain supplies. Now, Qatar LNG is the wrong side of the straits of Hormuz, Trump US LNG is vital for the UK. If the war doesn't stop soon, Europe will run out. While we all love jolly jokey #Polanski and his new lovely assistant promising no more sleaze, I am still a bit frightened of past claims he can increase women’s breast sizes with his mind. The only #greenparty policy I can really get behind is rejoining the #EU - that way we might get a few grown ups running the show #energySecurity

Interesting that today the (winning) Green party being accused of using 'Dirty Tricks' by providing voters with factual information in a language they could understand while the lies shoved through letterboxes by the Labour (Losing) Party is very firmly ignored. #DentonAndGorton #LabourLies #GreenParty
