Responding out loud to contentious items on the radio is a constant hazard for the politically engaged. I am no exception.
Listening to Sajid Javid, the former Home Secretary for the #Nastiz, I heard him plugging his book on #R4Today
As he talked about his father's reaction to him being banged up for petty theft in Bristol's Bridewell Police Station, I blurted out, "I know it well!"
"... I used to pick up their post, when I worked for Royal Mail," I sheepishly added.
