👈 Boop! Photo of me booping a giant bucket wheel excavator right on the bucket-snoot.
The scale of these machines is mind-blowing! A mechanical monster that once tore through the Earth strip mining coal.
This monster is long dead, its rusting hulk retired and put out to pasture.

⛪Somewhere in Scotland. This decaying ruined chapel is simple and relatively plain; the beauty here comes from the natural decay. Years of neglect are taking their toll. The roof is collapsing in several places. Dried leaves and twigs litter the floor, a dusting atop rubble and fallen plaster.

Industrial #ArtDeco, at its finest! This abandoned powerplant plant control room in Hungary was powered down decades ago.
The oval room is lit by an immense skylight, which casts dramatic light across the original green metal control panels. These walls remain lined with levers, valves, and dials.
Without a doubt, one of my favourite adventures. I have visited three times now!
