Even though I can't swallow due to #dysphagia related to my #Parkinsons plus MSA, I just spent a few minutes gargling a shot of Black Label Scotch. It's my "treat." Every now and then I do it because I like the taste. Every day, I do it with strong, hot coffee that is as hot as I can stand it. When Penny eats her dinner, I also join her at the table, and the place setting, esp if we have company, is similar to this previous image I posted. I also have a kit like this for if we go out to dinner to a restaurant. I have a long extension that comes out from under my shirt and I then push my meal through, at a "bite" pace similar to the other people eating food.
