But I want to underline an important point:
"I won't #vote until centrist #Democrats magically turn left" is not a coherent position
What you do is you vote, in the #primaries, and replace them
They won't change. *You* have to vote
Not voting merely means they get worse, and #MAGA wins
Low voter turnout from the left helped them become as they are today
You have to vote

For the first time in modern state history, a Democrat is running in every race on the Texas ballot next year, thanks to a recruitment campaign by Democratic groups and politicians. “No Republican gets a free ride in Texas,” Texas Democratic Party Chair Kendall Scudder said in an interview.
