@petard@tilde.zone IF this was like a small, free (only financed with paid-for ads) local bewspaper run by 3 people part-time, then OFC that would be the way to do it.
But #WaPo has ~500 Journalists on retailer, is the #3 domestic newspaper by circulation in the #USA just behind #NYT & #WSJ to the point that I know for a fact that they have at least one archivist on retainer.And they certainly don't lack the budget to properly migrate their content…
