The U.K. is to ban smoking for anyone born after 2008. A final draft of legislation making it illegal for shops to sell tobacco to anyone born after Jan. 1 2009 is ready for royal assent. Ministers will also have new powers to regulate tobacco, vaping and nicotine products. Here's more from @BBCNews@flipboard.com.

Here's a thought experiment to ponder.
Take the Dangerous Dogs Act 1991, and replace dog with AI agent.

Six months in stir for being the owner or enabler of an "AI" system that blackmails or extorts people (both of which have already happened in the real world — This part is not, alas, hypothetical.).
