Finishing Pursuit Of Jade left me bereft - what do you mean there isn’t any more?! I’m definitely going to have to rewatch, but needed a palate cleanser first. We tried the first ep of Legend of the Female General, hoping it would capture some of the same energy, but it didn’t grab us. Then we tried the first ep of Dream Within a Dream and it had us in stitches the entire episode. I think we have a winner ☺️ #CDrama #PursuitOfJade #LegendOfTheFemaleGeneral #DreamWithinADream

The cinematography and acting has been top tier in #pursuitofjade but the realness of “that scene” where she verifies herself is one of the best I’ve seen in a #cdrama. It is so delicate.

Partner has been watching #pursuitofjade a lot longer than I expected for a romance. Episode 14, and so far only some mild grumbling. 😅 #cdrama

I’m three and a half episodes into #pursuitofjade and so far it’s lived up to the hype. The cinematography, pacing and acting are tops. I hope it continues at this high level. #cdrama
