#PokemonDay always reminds me of getting Yellow Version for my birthday one year. The unusual thing was it was a US import, which wasn't the sort of thing I'd have expected Dad to have gone to the effort of, especially considering this was the era of long delays between US and European releases. 🧵

It's Pokémon Day today so I want to show the Pokédex website I've been working on: https://theriodex.net It's my biggest programming project to-date (and intended as a programming exercise also) but still far from done. Nevertheless, it already has a ton of information and even a "Who's that Pokémon"-type guessing game with difficulty settings >:3 Also has information about the moves a Pokémon can learn with information for every game! (so if a move had a different type or other stats in one generation than it does in another, it will properly show that). Try it out!
