I'm still trying to dig up the actual terms, but I am finding sure makes it look like Iran has achieved a massive strategic victory over Team Shitstain. Most notably:

It's a good thing (for the markets) that his is a Friday, because while VIX in the 30s is _not_ a panic number, it _is_ climbing into sight of panic number territory.
