#MondayRandom10 Good selection this time...by which I mean I think I know more of these than usual. The Cult, the Melissa Etheridge, the Talking Heads, the John Taylor (and that soundtrack album is on the schedule for today), the Pat McCurdy, and the Thomas Dolby (one of my favourites!). (Maybe having Wizard Rock in my playlist is problematic, but as far as I can tell it's not giving Rowling any money so it's harmless. And maybe I'd know that song too if I heard it, I just can't remember that the tree's "open letter" is about.)

#MondayRandom10 Wow, I don't know many of these today. Definitely know the Sinéad O'Connor, somewhat familiar with the Nick Lowe, and the Tchaikovsky (I think it's the one with cannons). I feel like I should know the John Farnham but it's one of those vague titles that probably is barely in the song so it's not coming to mind. Might recognize the Jitters one if I heard it.

#MondayRandom10 At first I thought maybe I had managed to hit ten songs in my collection where I knew _none_ of them well, but then I spotted the XTC one. ...Yeah, that's probably it. _Maybe_ the Three Dog Night if I heard it. The rest, not even. It's just a statistical anomaly. The next _four_ (because of course I just get Winamp to scramble the whole list) I all know. Someday I'll try to figure out the fraction of my collection I know well, but I don't think it's more than 50% by this point.

Otherwise strongly familiar with the Wall of Voodoo (in the Andy Prieboy era, post-Stan Ridgway), Love & Rockets, and Crystal Waters.
