Prosecuting the fascists and the collaborators is at the top of my list too. It's the absolute minimum it'll take to get my support in all future Democratic primaries.
And I don't want to hear how we can't do it. We've got the ICC, we've got state courts, we can just create a new anti-fascist Nuremberg style tribunal if we have to.

A new President can invite the ICC to take jurisdiction within the U.S. immediately, even without signing the treaty.
This is how the ICC is investigating Russian war crimes in Ukraine, which didn't sign the treaty. Ukraine invited them in.
We need all the fascists and their collaborators charged with crimes against humanity.
