#HotTake #2FA #codes #MultiFactor and #2FactorAuthentication centralizes what it is meant to isolate at the #app level. This is the exact same chain process of #inshitification and #IdentityVerification that targets #https as a #web #protocol at the expense of #centralized databases for #hackers to exploit.

#HotTake I support #inshitification as an #idea not an #ideal and here is why. My primary reason for doing so, is that it led us to now, to build it better. By being exposed to something we couldn't, this becomes a preventable, #buyerBeware situation that gains rapid traction for a large group of people, with this as a micro culture in common.
