Rejects: 
the osm-seed helm chart makes some… interesting decisions.
- I don’t use a cloud provider, nor do I use minikube. But these are my options because the PVC configuration is hidden in the helm chart behind these wierd flags and they don’t expose these raw values..
- why are we making multiple pg instances instead of letting me point to an external one
