@nicole4fox@datastream.cortexvoid.net my biggest grip is the unwillingness of companies to articulate reasons why they'd lay off people or not hire someone. There's only so often they can claim "We currently halted Recruitment" or "We've found better candidates" yet still have the same vacancies listed.#GhostJobs should be outlawed alongside #AI useage in #recruitment!Employers should be mandated to publish the terms (payment, working hours & -conditions) publicly on their listing as legally binding offer!
