I paint for myself, not social media, but haven't done much over the winter. Decided to try and do #PleinAirpril but then I buggered my hip, and going outside is too painful. Thankfully, I take a lot of photos, so I have plenty to use for inspiration. This was just a random street view from my last trip to Rome.

A #needlefelted frog sits atop a #wetfelted vessel and its lily pad lid. The vessel opening is blanket stitched with green cotton thread. Thoughts of warm summer breezes and quiet pond side reflections.
