0-0 Cavs vs Forge A decent game, though frustrating that the Cavs couldn’t make the most of being a man up. Ingham was rock-solid at the back—without him, the result could have looked very different. Three weeks into the season, and I’m already done with Gareth Wheeler’s commentary/insights. He’s insufferable —constantly negative about any team west of Hamilton and convinced his hot takes actually matter. Please, for the love of football, let him stay away from the World Cup… #FediFC #CanPL

Watching the leadup to the #CanWNT game in the #SheBelievesCup. As a ⚽️ fan, I am really proud of the role of #ForgeFC and the #CPL getting #MackenzieBarwell front and centre on #OneSoccer, beside Kristian Jack. Mac has talent and drive. She had 2 great seasons with the #CanPL squad as the in-game talent, as well as great sideline interviews and of course her #BehindTheBeard sitdowns with Bobby Smyrniotis, as a #McMasterU undergrad. She also went to #MilanCortina at the Winter university games in 2025. #CanPL provides training grounds for not just athletes and coaches in #Canada but media and other support areas. Physios in training get exposed in placements (under supervision) in professional sport. #fedifc #mastodonfc

@AhTheGreg@mstdn.ca It is too bad that #CanPL doesn't have the #CONCACAF League opportunity any more. Pleased that 2 (and this year 3) teams can play in the #concacafchampionscup but the games #ForgeFC had vs Central American clubs were tremendous. Making a continental semi-final was amazing. They only lost out on away goals to Motagua a really good Honduran squad. (And two days later had to play the final vs Pacific, but I am over that, really) As Kristian Jack keeps reminding Bobby, Forge has more extra-league games than any other Canadian squad since 2019. @chriscorrigan@mstdn.ca

A #ForgeFC fan arrived a little early for the game tomorrow night in #HamOnt in the #ConcacafChampionsCup against #TigresUANL a top #LigaMX side There will be 500 fans traveling from Monterey to see the game and will be allowed in 1/2 hour before the doors officially open. I broke down and paid for the club seats with options to sit inside. It could be -15°C at game time. Advantage to the homeside if it is. LFG. #Fedifc #CanPL #MastodonFc
