#bellringing at Loughborough this evening.
Attempted a quarter peal of Norfolk at the foundry, which came to grief leaving us with 30mins spare, so rang my quickest ever quarter (including handbell quarters!) 29 minutes on the light six.
Then practice at the parish where we had a visiting art student from the university, so I got to play tour guide and showed her the bells.

Oops!
Had a rope snap tonight at #bellringing practice. I've seen it happen before, but not sure I was the one ringing it, until now.
The universe is telling me I really must get around to buying new ropes (it's only been on my to do list for a couple of years!)
