I believe it! My previous life had a lot more physical activity, but the combo of returning to Canada, a global pandemic, WFH, and then retirement all contributed to a basically sedentary lifestyle. Since I bought an #AppleWatch in September, my activity has dramatically increased, and my various health markers have improved considerably. I've been like a company salesperson since observing the results. Luckily, I've never smoked.
