@yakkoj@fosstodon.org yeah, #Costco propably only makes sense for stuff that keeps long or if you have like a big party. Also #ALDI has fast turnover in terms of goods.Still Ibwish Costco wss close-by!

#FastFood #Franchises be like: 6 Nuggets only €2,99 Just for reference to notice how unhinged that pricing is: #ALDI sells a 1kg bag of #ChickenNuggets for € 5,99That bag contains 42-45 nuggets (yes I counted them!)Lets just assume 40 nuggets just for ease.A gastronomer would assume 3x material cost: € 17,97 or 44,925¢ per nugget. Now mind you the average cosumer doesn't get any discounts due to economies of scale. Cuz #BurgerKing buy them bulk…
